T&J Command Center Terms of Use / End-User License Agreement
Updated October 5, 2026
Internal-use permission
T&J Restorations permits its authorized personnel to use T&J Command Center solely for approved internal business purposes. This permission is limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and may be withdrawn by T&J. It does not transfer ownership of software, business records, or third-party materials. Use is subject to these terms and the Command Center Privacy Policy.
Authorized use and confidentiality
Use only information you are authorized to access. Protect customer, employee, project, and financial information. Do not share connection credentials, bypass access restrictions, redistribute confidential records, or expose protected application data publicly. Team Mode does not grant permission to use Owner Mode or owner-only information. Sign in using your individual authorized account. The server enforces your assigned Owner or Team role. Sign out before another person uses a shared device.
Authorized operation and source accuracy
The application displays authorized source information and supports permitted shop workflow changes. Google task and Parts updates require separate authorization and are limited by application permissions. QuickBooks integration is read-only: it does not create, change, or delete accounting records or process payments. The currently connected QuickBooks company is a test company; live financial access is not yet enabled. Only an authorized connection owner may approve provider access. Provider terms continue to apply independently.
Missing information is displayed as NOT SET, unresolved mappings remain unresolved, and stale or failed connections may limit what is shown. Verify important operational and financial decisions against authoritative records. QuickBooks billing actuals and project-tracker forecasts are separate measures. The application is not a substitute for bookkeeping records, professional advice, or approved shop safety and manufacturing instructions.
Availability and termination
The application is a developing internal tool and may contain errors, become unavailable, or change. No guarantee of uninterrupted service or complete, current source information is made. T&J may suspend access or discontinue the application. On withdrawal of access, users must stop using it and return or remove confidential copies as directed under applicable T&J recordkeeping requirements. Revoking a connection does not erase source records.
Third-party services and contact
Google, Intuit, Wix, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective terms and rights. These terms do not state or imply endorsement by those providers. Questions about permitted use or support may be sent to [email protected]. Changes to these terms will be identified by the revision date on the published page. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
