T&J Command Center Privacy Policy
Updated October 5, 2026
Scope and operator
T&J Restorations operates T&J Command Center for internal project and shop management. This notice describes information handled by that application. It does not replace notices for the public T&J website or for Google, Intuit, or other independently operated services.
Information and purpose
The application reads authorized project plans, tasks, parts records, resource links, and related operational information from T&J Google Sheets and Drive. Records may contain customer or employee names, project notes, vendor information, and parts costs. This information helps authorized T&J personnel review work, locate instructions, and identify missing information or production blockers.
The current QuickBooks connection reads invoice and payment counts from an authorized test company for connection verification. Access to live T&J QuickBooks records and detailed financial reconciliation are not yet enabled. QuickBooks access is restricted to the authorized Owner and does not create, change, or delete accounting records or process payments. A provider's authorization permission may be broader than the functions implemented by the application. Separately authorized shop workflows can update designated Google task and Parts records; Google Drive access remains read-only.
Access and service providers
Team accounts can access authorized shop/project workflows and permitted Parts information. Owner-only accounting and financial information remain restricted. Individual authorized accounts are required. Owner and Team permissions are enforced by the server. Team accounts cannot access Owner routes or Owner-only financial information. The application is hosted on DigitalOcean and is accessed through HTTPS. Business views require authentication. Access to linked Google files remains subject to Google's access controls.
The application communicates with Google and, when enabled, Intuit to retrieve authorized information. It does not sell application data or use it for advertising. The proposed AI question-answering feature is not currently implemented. QuickBooks data will not be used to train or fine-tune AI models. These policy pages are served by the Command Center application.
Storage and retention
DigitalOcean managed PostgreSQL stores application records, accounts, sessions, and encrypted provider connection information. Private DigitalOcean Spaces stores uploaded media. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Sessions can persist across application restarts and remain subject to expiry and revocation. Credentials are not included in browser application code. Archiving a record does not necessarily delete its stored information. Original Google and QuickBooks records remain with their source providers. Retention and deletion requests are handled by T&J subject to applicable recordkeeping needs; provider backups may have separate retention periods.
Choices and requests
The connection owner can revoke application access through the relevant provider. Contact T&J to request removal of retained connection credentials, assistance with access, or correction or deletion of source records. Stopping a connection does not delete original Google or QuickBooks records. Requests will be reviewed in light of applicable recordkeeping requirements and the requester's authority. Do not send passwords or access tokens by email.
